Robert McDermott (1939- )
President, California Institute of Integral Studies;  professor emeritus, and former chair of the Philosophy Department and assistant vice-president, Baruch  College, CUNY. The editor of The Essential Steiner, he teaches  courses in the history of philosophy, the evolution of consciousness, and modern spiritual masters.
