Mary
Caroline Richards (1916- )
A poet, potter, philosopher,
and free-lance teacher, deeply involved in Waldorf
education. She is the
author of Centering: In Pottery, Poetry, and the Person, The Crossing
Point: Selected Talks and Writings, Toward Wholeness: Rudolf Steiner Education
in America, and Imagine Inventing Yellow: New and Selected Poems
of M.C. Richards. The translator of Artaud's The Theatre
and Its Double into English, she contributed to Studies in Polarity.
